We do not offer refunds for goods purchased unless they are faulty.
If you change your mind about your purchase, we are happy to exchange it. The item must be unopened and in its original condition to be eligible for an exchange. We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it because you’ve changed your mind or it is damaged, send us an email at enquiries[at]ochreandelm.co.nz
If you want to exchange an item due to change of mind you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item and for ochre + elm to ship the new item to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or was sent to you incorrectly.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
